No Guarantee of Outcome

  • We do not guarantee approval, registration, certification, license, funding, or any outcome from government departments, banks, regulators, or third parties.

  • Decisions are solely at the discretion of the respective authorities.

Timelines mentioned on the Website or during discussions are indicative only and may vary due to:

  • Government processing time

  • Third-party dependencies

  • Delays in document submission or responses from the user

This clause is mandatory for payment gateway and legal compliance.


5. One-Time Paid Consultations

  • One-time consultations may be offered via call, video, or written format.

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session is scheduled or delivered.

6. Pricing, Fees & Taxes

  • Any other approved mode

By making a payment, you authorize Founder Lanes to collect the amount for the selected service.

Founder Lanes does not store card, UPI, or bank credentials. Payment data is processed securely by authorized payment gateways.


8. Subscriptions, Free Trials & Promotional Offers

  • Subscription plans are billed as per the selected billing cycle.

  • Free trials or discounted offers, if provided, are time-bound and conditional.

  • Founder Lanes reserves the right to:

    • Modify or discontinue free trials

    • Convert trials into paid subscriptions after the trial period

    • Increase / Decrease prices of any services listed or unlisted

    • Remove / Add / Make Valid or Invalid any coupon codes

    • Withdraw promotional offers without prior notice

No refunds shall be issued for partially used subscription periods.


9. Refunds & Cancellations

All refunds, cancellations, and chargeback handling are governed strictly by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the Website.

This clause is included to meet PhonePe audit and RBI-aligned compliance requirements.


10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
