This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, or credits may be processed for payments made through payment gateways, UPI, direct bank transfers, or any other mode.


1. Nature of Services

Our services are professional, digital, and compliance-oriented in nature, involving:

Accordingly, all purchases should be made after careful consideration.


2. General Refund Policy

a. Non-Refundable Services

Payments made for the following are non-refundable:

  • Services already initiated or delivered
  • Government fees, statutory charges, or third-party fees
  • Subscription fees once access is granted
  • Consultation fees after the session is scheduled or conducted
  • Delays or rejections arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same service
  • Payment deducted but service not initiated due to a technical error attributable to Founder Lanes
  • Incorrect amount charged due to a system error

All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval.


4. Subscription Cancellations

  • Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.
  • Subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds shall be processed through:

  • The original payment method, or
  • Bank transfer to the customer’s registered bank account (where original method is not feasible)

Refund timelines:

  • Payment Gateway / UPI: 5–10 working days
  • Bank Transfer: 7–14 working days

Processing time may vary based on banks or payment providers.


6. Payments via Direct Bank Transfer

For payments made through NEFT / RTGS / IMPS / wire transfer:

  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued only to the originating bank account
  • The customer must provide correct bank details for processing

7. International Payments

  • Refunds for international transactions may be subject to:
    • Currency conversion differences
    • Bank or gateway charges
  • Founder Lanes shall not be responsible for exchange rate losses or intermediary bank fees.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting Founder Lanes may result in suspension of services
  • We encourage users to contact us first for resolution
  • Chargebacks found to be fraudulent or unjustified may be contested

9. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted via email with the following details:

  • Registered name
  • Email & mobile number
  • Order ID / Invoice number
  • Payment mode
  • Reason for refund
